An excellent half for our bronze team away to Orsett ladies.
On another lovely day and another trip down the A12 we arrived at Orsett Golf Club to be greeted with signs on all the doors saying there was no water in the clubhouse and no toilets were working. We were however supplied with copious bottles of water to flush the toilets manually.
After coffee and delicious breakfast rolls our ladies enjoyed 5 close matches on a course in excellent condition. It took some time to get used to the fast greens but we were very happy to come away with 2 wins, 2 losses and a draw.
Also happy to find the water back on when we got in!
