On Monday 16th June the Lady Vets held their annual 18 hole ‘3 Clubs and a Putter’ competition when they competed for the Sandra Dudley Trophy.

The ladies played the Constable course in intense June heat. The dry conditions made club selection even more vital and some ladies clearly regretted their choices!

Despite a smaller field than usual the winner of the trophy was Liz Kiddy with 31 points. Liz was obviously reluctant to release her hold on the trophy she also won last year!

Barby Jones finished a close 2nd on countback with 30 points from Bev Ellender.

After the competition Ladies Captain, Jill Pottle, presented Liz with the trophy on the Sports Bar terrace.
