16 ladies braved the elements to compete in a Stableford competition which also incorporated the awarding of the Grandmothers’ Trophy which is open to those Ladies who are either Grandmothers or Step-Grandmothers.

The Ladies played on the Constable course in torrential rain and strong winds for most of their round but still managed to return some excellent scores.

The highest score by a Grandmother was 38 points achieved by Elaine Harris.

When all the Ladies were back in the clubhouse (and had dried off) Ladies Captain, Jill Pottle awarded Elaine the trophy.
